100 g Graviera Naxou PDO
100 g Xinomyzithra
100 g sweet Myzithra
50 g Feta
Black pepper
Fine breadcrumbs
Cherry tomatoes and rocket
How to prepare it
Grate 100g Graviera Naxou PDO
Add 100g of Xinomyzithra
Add 100 g sweet Myzithra
Add 50g of Feta
Add black pepper
Shape into balls and roll them in fine breadcrumbs
Place in the fridge for 20′.
Serve with cherry tomatoes and rocket
