Summer cheeseballs with Graviera Naxou PDO

Ingredients:

  • 100 g Graviera Naxou PDO
  • 100 g Xinomyzithra
  • 100 g sweet Myzithra
  • 50 g Feta
  • Black pepper
  • Fine breadcrumbs
  • Cherry tomatoes and rocket

How to prepare it

  • Grate 100g Graviera Naxou PDO
  • Add 100g of Xinomyzithra
  • Add 100 g sweet Myzithra
  • Add 50g of Feta
  • Add black pepper
  • Shape into balls and roll them in fine breadcrumbs
  • Place in the fridge for 20′.
  • Serve with cherry tomatoes and rocket
  • Enjoy!
