Cauliflower soup with Graviera Naxou PDO

Ingredients:

  • 100 g Graviera Naxou PDO

  • 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 small cauliflower

  • Chives

  • Freshly ground black pepper

How to prepare it

  • Peel and slice an onion. Peel and crush 3 cloves of garlic. Add into a pot.

  • Chop one small cauliflower add into the pot. Cover with water % simmer until softened.

  • Blend until homogenised.

  • Grate 100g Graviera Naxou PDO. Add into the pot and mix. Add blck pepper and mix.

  • Chop some chives. Serve the soup with chives and pepper.
