100 g Graviera Naxou PDO
1 onion, 3 cloves garlic
1 small cauliflower
Chives
Freshly ground black pepper
Peel and slice an onion. Peel and crush 3 cloves of garlic. Add into a pot.
Chop one small cauliflower add into the pot. Cover with water % simmer until softened.
Blend until homogenised.
Grate 100g Graviera Naxou PDO. Add into the pot and mix. Add blck pepper and mix.
Chop some chives. Serve the soup with chives and pepper.
