Dutch Baby with Graviera Naxou PDO

Ingredients:

  • 50g Graviera Naxou PDO

  • 50ml milk

  • 1 egg

  • 30 g flour

  • Butter, salt and pepper

How to prepare it

  • Grate 50g of Graviera naxou PDO

  • Put 50ml milk and 1 egg in a bowl. Add 30g flour, salt and pepper.

  • Put 10g butter in cast iron pan, place in preheated oven at 230 until it melts.

  • Add the mix and bake until puffy golden brown. Serve with graviera, fried egg, prosciutto rocket.
