50g Graviera Naxou PDO
50ml milk
1 egg
30 g flour
Butter, salt and pepper
Grate 50g of Graviera naxou PDO
Put 50ml milk and 1 egg in a bowl. Add 30g flour, salt and pepper.
Put 10g butter in cast iron pan, place in preheated oven at 230 until it melts.
Add the mix and bake until puffy golden brown. Serve with graviera, fried egg, prosciutto rocket.
