Meletouri with Graviera Noxou PDO

Ingredients:

  • 300g Graviera Naxou PDO
  • 300 g feta cheese
  • Black pepper
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • Olive oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Honey

How to prepare it

  • Grate 300g Graviera Naxou PDO
  • Add 300g crumbled feta cheese
  • Add black pepper
  • Brush a sheet of phyllo pastry with olive oil
  • Cut into squares
  • Fold into pouches
  • Sprilnkle with sesame seeds
  • Bake at 100C until golden brown
  • Drizzle with honey and serve!
