Ingredients:
300g Graviera Naxou PDO
300 g feta cheese
Black pepper
1 sheet of puff pastry
Olive oil
Sesame seeds
Honey
How to prepare it
Grate 300g Graviera Naxou PDO
Add 300g crumbled feta cheese
Add black pepper
Brush a sheet of phyllo pastry with olive oil
Cut into squares
Fold into pouches
Sprilnkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 100C until golden brown
Drizzle with honey and serve!
