Savoury Cake with Graviera Naxou PDO

Ingredients:

  • 120 g Graviera Naxou PDO

  • 100 g smoked ham, cubed

  • 100 g orange, yellow and red pepper, cubed

  • 4 medium eggs

  • 50 ml milk 80 g yogurt

  • 180 g all-purpose flour. 2 tsp baking powder, salt and pepper.

How to prepare it

  • Beat the eggs, milk and yogurt in the mixer. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Add to the mixer and mix.

  • Add the pork, peppers and Naxos Graviera PDO to the mixture. Mix well and place in a pan.

  • Bake at 180 degrees, fan for 40-50′.
