120 g Graviera Naxou PDO
100 g smoked ham, cubed
100 g orange, yellow and red pepper, cubed
4 medium eggs
50 ml milk 80 g yogurt
180 g all-purpose flour. 2 tsp baking powder, salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs, milk and yogurt in the mixer. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Add to the mixer and mix.
Add the pork, peppers and Naxos Graviera PDO to the mixture. Mix well and place in a pan.
Bake at 180 degrees, fan for 40-50′.
