Zucchini Frittata with Graviera Naxou PDO

Ingredients:

  • 120 g Graviera Naxou PDO

  • 10 eggs

  • 40 ml milk

  • Salt pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 medium onion

  • 2 zucchinis

  • 10 plum cherry tomatoes

  • Dill

How to prepare it

  • Saute until soft.

  • Add egg mixture and bake at 200 ΟC for 30 minutes
