Bruschetta with Graviera Naxou PDO

Ingredients:

  • Grated graviera

  • 4 slices of bread (toasted and sprinkled with a little olive oil and oregano)

  • 4 slices of baked aubergine

  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes

  • freshly ground pepper

How to prepare it

  • Cut the aubergine into thin slices

  • Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper

  • Grill for 5-10′

  • Cut the bread into thin slices

  • Add olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano

  • Remove the aubergines and bake the bread for 5-10′

  • Grate some Graviera Naxou PDO

  • Place the aubergine ad sun-dried tomatoes on the bread

  • Sprinkle with Graviera Naxou PDO and bake for another 2-3′

  • Enjoy!
