Bruschetta with Graviera Naxou PDO

Ingredients:
Grated graviera
4 slices of bread (toasted and sprinkled with a little olive oil and oregano)
4 slices of baked aubergine
4 sun-dried tomatoes
freshly ground pepper
How to prepare it
Cut the aubergine into thin slices
Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper
Grill for 5-10′
Cut the bread into thin slices
Add olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano
Remove the aubergines and bake the bread for 5-10′
Grate some Graviera Naxou PDO
Place the aubergine ad sun-dried tomatoes on the bread
Sprinkle with Graviera Naxou PDO and bake for another 2-3′
