Grated graviera
4 slices of bread (toasted and sprinkled with a little olive oil and oregano)
4 slices of baked aubergine
4 sun-dried tomatoes
freshly ground pepper
Top each slice of bread with grated graviera, a slice of sun-dried tomato, and a slice of aubergine, and finally sprinkle grated graviera on top.
Grill in the preheated oven until the cheese melts.
