Naxos Graviera “Saganaki” (a traditional Greek dish usually served as an appetizer. It consists of cheese rolled in flour or breadcrumbs and fried or pan-seared until golden brown and crispy.)
Ingredients:
1 slice Graviera Naxou PDO
1 slice arseniko Naxou PDO
Fine breadcrumbs
pepper
2 eggs
Oil for frying
Lemon
How to prepare it
Cut a slice of graviera
Grate some arseniko Naxou PDO
Mix with fine breadcrumbs
Add pepper
Beat 2 eggs
Sink the cheese first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs
